This Taiwanese oolong is of medium roast and medium oxidation. Making it have some body but remaining fragrant. This tea has recieved a traditional charcoal roast as opposed to an electric oven.

This tea tastes fresh and is (obviously) uplifting!

Brewing tips:

Because the leaves are rolled into little balls. It is lovely to put a couple of them in a bowl and watch them unfurl. But this tea really loves to be brewed gong fu.

Sweet

Uplift Oolong is very sweet. It tastes like coconut cookies, milk and popcorn. The smell is lovely as well. Love this tea!

Great tea with lots of changing notes.

I was lucky enough to receive a sample of this tea. I'm bad at recognizing flavors but I found the notes change quite a bit and was very complex. It felt like it would be a fun tea to learn from. Would definitely get some more in the future!

Excellent quality

Uplift Oolong tasted like popcorn with butter, milk, corn and later apricots.
