All our products are sent from the Netherlands. We suggest you make an account in our shop so you can track your orders.

Netherlands

DHL, PostNL

We ship with DHL or PostNL in the Netherlands. We try to send out your order within 2 workdays. If you are in a hurry, send us a message and we see what we can do. Shipping in the Netherlands is €4,99 for order till €35,-. After that shipping is free!

Pick-up in Utrecht

It is possible to pick up your order in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Please send us a message before you order to see if we are in.

International shipping

We currently send to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America.

All international orders have a flat shipping fee.

Shipping costs and time differ per country. In most cases, a delivery within Europe will be within 7 working days and the United States of America within 20. The easiest way to see the shipping costs is to add products in to your cart and use the shipping estimate block. If your country is not in the list, contact us to add it.

Returns

Are you not satisfied with a product you ordered? We have a 14 days return policy. Send us an email to info@leaveswithhugs.com with your product and we will take care of it. Customers will have to pay the shipping back to us. Check our Terms and conditions for more information.
