Grown in Nantou, Taiwan. Baozhong tea is very light. Almost like green tea. It is very good when it is hot outside and can be brewed at lighter temperatures.

Brewing tips:

This tea is very nice to brew leaves in a bowl but really shines if you brew it gong fu.

Floral Oolong
Method:
Gong Fu Cha, 90 degrees C, 6 grams for 120 ml water.

Smell:
Dry leaves smell floral.
Hot leaves smell floral and sweet.
Wet leaves smell intensely floral.
7.5/10

Taste:
Light mouthfeel. It has a subtle taste and is very floral. It isn't unpleasant, but to me, it isn't great either. It does have a hint of sweetness that comes through at the end of the session.
7/10

Looks:
The leaves are up to intact. The extract is a pale green.

Final verdict:
7.25/10
