Elphine is a magical white tea, with a fairy-like feel to it. The taste reminds one of a mixture between white and green tea. This tea is perfect year round. It's cooling in Summer, balancing in Autumn, and not too activating during Winter.
We recommend drinking this tea leaves in a bowl style. Just add some leaves to a bowl (or a mug) and add water. Drink the tea and refill your bowl, you don't have to refresh the leaves with each refill, as they will last a long time.
