Beautiful dong ding with plenty of depth.
Beautiful leafs with a mineral and roasted scent. Pleasant and cooling mouthfeel. Slightly astringent when pushed in later steeps, but doesn't get bitter. Not as heavily roasted as some dong ding I've had, but plenty of depth. First few steeps mineral and a bit chalky, with some mild sweetness (burnt caramel?). Later steeps (4+) are smoother, with some nuttiness. Roast slowly fades after steep 5. I used 95°C water and started at 20 seconds, increasing time based on taste. 4.5 gram for 90 ml gave me 9 steeps and it could've been pushed a bit more.
