Grown in the North West of Taiwan. This tea is charactirized by its heavy oxidation. This makes this oolong have some body while having little to no roasting flavor. It is grown in a sustainable way and of the "Da Mo" varietal
This tea is very nice to brew leaves in a bowl but really shines if you brew it gong fu.
